MRED Management, Inc. was founded in March 1998 as a traditional fee based property management firm focused on delivering services to local commercial development interests. Subsequently, we expanded our service offerings to include facility management services to those corporations with multi-site/multi-state real estate interests. Today, The M|GROUP provides services to more than 400 locations throughout the mid-west.
As an extension of MRED Management, MTECH Facility Services, Inc. and MSOURCE Service Networks were created to offer clients alternatives to comprehensive management services. Through MTECH and MSOURCE, property owners can leverage the strength, knowledge, resources and systems of a full-service management firm on more specific initiatives.
